Zoe Borovsky

Librarian for Digital Research

Zoe has a background in the humanities (PhD in Scandinavian Literature from UC Berkeley) and has been a professor of Scandinavian Literature at University of Oregon. She has worked for over ten years with UCLA faculty incorporating digital tools and methods into their research.

Pete Broadwell

Academic Projects Developer

Pete works with faculty, library specialists, and students to develop novel online resources that use emerging technologies in computational analysis, digital archiving, and multimedia presentation to support humanities and social sciences scholarship.

Dawn Childress

Librarian, Digital Collections & Scholarship

Dawn is interested in digital libraries and collections as data, digital and analog approaches to bibliography & book history, digital scholarly editing, data modeling, machine-learning, and translation.

Joy Guey

Digital Research Assistant

Joy will be starting the Masters of Social Science Program at UCLA in the Fall and in the meantime, is excited to use her knowledge of digital research tools to help with various projects. She is especially interested in immersive technologies, mental health, and the built environment.

Claudia Horning

Director, Metadata Services

Claudia works within the rapidly evolving realm of information, content management, and discovery, where her metadata work has involved collections of photographs, international AIDS posters, sheet music, cuneiform objects, oral histories, and Ethiopian magical scrolls.

Andy Rutkowski

Geospatial Resources Librarian

Andy works on an ongoing, web-based mapping project using collections from the ONE Archives. His project takes the Damron Guide as a starting point to mapping out archival material and building a narrative around them.
